educational preservation project. The platform exists solely for the purpose 
of software preservation, historical research, and protocol interoperability, 
enabling players and developers to explore the historical evolution of legacy 
HTML5 browser games.

  models, item designs, and original client code are the exclusive intellectual 
  property of Yendis Entertainment Pty Ltd, Sidney de Vries, and/or FRVR Limited.
* MooModding.io DOES NOT claim ownership of any original MooMoo.io game assets, 
  trademarks, or proprietary materials.
* All original assets and textures are credited in full to their respective 
  original creators and copyright holders.
* Any archival hosting of historical client snapshots is provided in good faith 
  under Fair Use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107) for non-profit preservation, 
  scholarship, and research.

   (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS RELATING TO LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, 
   LEGAL FEES, THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR INABILITY TO USE THE 
   PLATFORM), REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, 
   NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE).

   EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION 
   WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR MISUSE OF THIS PLATFORM.

Tampermonkey, Violentmonkey) or community scripts. 
- MooModding.io DOES NOT create, distribute, endorse, or verify third-party 
  userscripts, macros, or external code.
- Any installation or execution of community scripts is performed entirely at 
  your own discretion and risk.
- The platform operators assume ZERO responsibility for security issues, 
  crashes, or damages resulting from external scripts.

7. JURISDICTION & SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, 
that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and
