MooModding.io is committed to user privacy and minimal data exposure. We believe 
online browser gaming should remain anonymous, secure, and free from intrusive 
commercial tracking.

1. ZERO PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

We do NOT collect, record, process, sell, or rent any personally identifiable 
information (PII), including but not limited to:
- Real names, physical addresses, or phone numbers;
- Email addresses or user registration credentials;
- Financial, billing, or credit card information.

You are NOT required to register, provide an email, or sign in to play on 
MooModding.io.

2. TECHNICAL LOGGING & TRANSIENT NETWORK DATA

When you connect to our game servers via WebSocket:
- IP addresses are processed transiently in volatile system memory (RAM) 
  strictly for network connection routing, socket management, and automated 
  anti-DDoS rate limiting.
- Network connection logs are automatically purged and are NEVER shared with 
  advertisers or third-party marketing entities.

3. NO ADVERTISING NETWORKS OR TRACKING SDKS

Unlike mainstream ad-supported web games, MooModding.io operates:
- WITHOUT commercial advertising networks;
- WITHOUT third-party behavioral trackers (FRVR, Google Ads, Freestar, etc. 
  have been entirely removed or replaced with offline sandbox stubs);
- WITHOUT behavioral profiling or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. LOCAL BROWSER STORAGE

We use client-side browser storage (e.g., localStorage) solely to store your 
game client preferences locally on your machine, including:
- In-game nickname and cosmetic selections;
- Sound volume and graphic quality toggles.

This data never leaves your browser and can be cleared at any time via your 
browser settings.
